Arrowhead Media partnered with DFI, a non-profit Christian organisation in Haiti, to establish a clear, consistent brand across social media and email marketing. We developed messaging and visual guidelines that honoured their mission and contextual realities, then implemented targeted campaigns that reached churches of all denominations across Canada and the USA. The result: measurable growth in monthly and annual donations from new and existing supporters.

Recognizing the risks their team faces on the ground, we provided bi-weekly consulting and hands-on training for DFI’s in-person Communications Department. We taught practical, safety-aware storytelling techniques and content-capture workflows so local staff could document program impact authentically while minimising exposure. Our approach ensured donors received honest, compelling updates that built trust and sustained giving—while keeping the safety of DFI’s team front and centre.
